Villa Nanchevi - Village of Gramatikovo

We are delighted to present this beautiful 3 storey 5 bedroom villa situated in the outskirts of the peaceful village of Gramatikovo right in the center of National Park Strandja Mountain. The villa is fully furnished and equipped for groups of up to 12 people. You can enjoy plenty of sunshine in all the rooms all the year round.

On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen where we, your hosts will be more than happy to arrange your breakfast. The ground floor is where we reside too.

The first floor comprises two separate bedrooms (bedrooms 1 and2) each with with a separate bathroom. Each of the bedrooms is fitted with a super king size bed (sleeping two + a child). There are also two big balconies ideal to enjoy the clear starry sky at night.

The second floor consists of three bedrooms (bedrooms 3, 4 and 5) and two separate bathrooms. Bedroom 3 is equipped with one king size bed and one single bed. Bedroom 4 is equipped with 3 single beds and bedroom 5 with 2 single beds. There are also two specious balconies next to the bedrooms.
All the balconies and bedrooms are providing excellent panoramic view towards the mountainous hills.

On each floor there is a fridge and freezer.
We provide free towels and linen. Utilities are all included in the price. The utility room located on the ground floor has a washing machine for some small extra cost (around £1).
You will receive a welcome package with more information upon your arrival.

Village of Gramatikovo is accessible by air ( Burgas International Airport), railroad (Burgas Central Train Station), and public bus links. There is a large fleet of taxicabs in Burgas.The budget airline Wizzair has regular flights from Luton, UK to Burgas airport. There is a direct railway and bus links between Sofia and Burgas.Alternatively, there are plenty of car rental agencies located n Burgas.

The Manager of Villa Nanchevi – Mr Petko Nanchev, has a long experience in the preservation of forest flora and fauna in Strandja Mountain.
Mr Petko Nanchev is quite knowlegable of the local Stranga folklore, myths and legends. He is one of the last living people who can sing the famous original Strandja folk songs as well as dance the original folk dances.
Mr Petko Nanchev is a great forest guide too. He knows every path in Strandja Park, every little brook and valley... Mr Nanchev can be an irreplacable and intriguing companion in trips around the area.
